Both terms, sapphireforex.comeasybuyfx.com, are an integral part of Sapphire Forex Pvt. Ltd. business and are protected under the intellectual property rights law of India.
Refund Policy :-
If a money transfer you ordered is delayed or fails, you may have a right to receive a refund or compensation under Money Transfer Regulations. We fully honour your rights and will act responsibly and attentively to resolve any claims. Claims for refund or compensation must be supported by all available evidence.
Sapphire Forex private limited/easybuyfx.com adheres to strict compliance procedures and policies but is not liable for any delays, loss or error in transmission of payment or for any mistake or omission or error caused by any reason outside our control or due to any relevant laws.
In a case of a cancellation or refund of a returned payment the following procedures will apply:

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi
Once the delivery is completed by Sapphire Forex/easybuyfx.com the user cannot return/cancel the order. If the customer wants to return the order after delivery it will be returned at the prevailing prices of bank at that time
Once the deal is confirmed easybuyfx.com is not responsible for any loss/profit arising due to the fluctuation of the currency prices. Therefore the order cannot be cancelled in such situations, it becomes a legal obligation of both the parties to execute the confirmed order.
The User specifically agrees that if any discrepancy is detected in the documents furnished by the User at the time of applying for foreign exchange or the details are incomplete or not accurate or the Bank finds that execution of the request is in violation of any applicable laws / regulations / guidelines, changes in Government Policies RBI / Bank Policies or for reasons beyond control of easybuyfx.com/ Service provider leading to cancellation of the transaction the service provider will not process the request any further and it would be fully entitled to cancel the transaction at its sole discretion.

SAPPHIRE FOREX has created the Websites as a way to share the latest rate using api and relevant information related to forex market, thus offering its Users up-to-date information on the most representative events related to the foreign exchange market. If you have purchased our sapphire product, please refer to the sapphire Terms & Conditions mentioned here. These terms and conditions contain additional information regarding the features and benefits of our Sapphire product, as well as any specific requirements or limitations associated with its use. By purchasing the Sapphire product, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in addition to those outlined here for our standard products and services.
General Terms & Conditions
- Deliveries only to the area/city covered by Sapphire Forex Private Limited, for location assistance call our helpline.
- Rates are subjected to change due to major fluctuation.
- Funds for purchases/remittances of forex belong to myself and foreign echange should not be used for unlegal/prohibited use or purposes.
- Forex delivery will only be available for order value greater than usd 200 or equivalent and within city area within 25 KMS from the branch.
- Home Delivery of forex will be done Monday to Saturday between 10.00 am to 8.00 pm only. No delivery will be done on national or state specific holidays.
